This page explains how your order is prepared, shipped, and delivered, so you know what to expect from checkout to doorstep.
Free UK delivery
We offer free standard delivery on every order within the United Kingdom. There are no minimums and no surprise charges at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery within the UK is 9 to 12 working days from the moment your order is placed. This includes the time we need to prepare your order and the time the carrier needs to deliver it.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These estimates reflect what most customers experience, but they are not guaranteed dates: busy periods, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally add a little time. We would always rather give you an honest estimate than promise a speed we cannot keep.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. You can follow your parcel's progress directly with the carrier. We recommend keeping an eye on the updates so you do not miss the delivery.
A couple of things to check
Your delivery address. We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check your house number, flat, and postcode before confirming. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel that goes astray because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Marked as delivered but nothing there? Carriers occasionally scan parcels as delivered a little early. Please check around your property and with neighbours first. If it still has not arrived within 48 hours, contact the carrier and let us know, and we will help where we can.
International orders
Our store is open to customers around the world. If you are outside the United Kingdom and would like to order, please contact us at contact@montessori-universe.co.uk before placing your order, so we can confirm availability, delivery times, and any costs for your location. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
